I agree with Cloud because there's no stigma sticking out. But yeah, wait a little longer to be sure. It looks like a long lanky plant too, which is another characteristic of males (of course, depending on strain).
Howdy cOryp1, It is too early to tell for certain, give it a few more days. Either the pre flower will swell up and become pecan shaped (male), or a white pistil (or stigma) will pop out (female).
