Looks like a swollen calyx, which you see at the end of a grow.
How far along are you?

On closer inspection- it is a swollen calyx with a brown pistil.

I’m quite far along, and I’ve had a battle with White Powdery Mold..... thought I might of stressed it out too much...thx.

I had those too, and I panicked lol. Didn’t realize it was just bud.

Are these a problem on clones? I've got some I took from a 3rd week of flowering plant that are now growing very well inside but have some of these with white hairs. No other buds or anything - otherwise seem to be in veg

Not a problem:
It is what you are growing->>> BUDs, but in this case it's just one on the stem.
