Is there too much PPM for colloidal silver?

Is there a cap for PPM when applying colloidal silver to a plant? Can it hurt the plant? Will the LED end up burning the leaf like nutes would?

You don't want to overdose the plants do ya? Turn em into say a John Holmes?
