Is she dead, tell me the truth.

It is and AK-47 AutoFlower.
She is in this position for 3-4 days. When i was growing Blue Mystic AutoFlower two days after i see this stage leaves were forming.
I am wondering is she dead? Or AK-47 takes more time than Blue Mystics.

there is a little gray stick goes out from it, it looks like a little fawnısh stone.

It is still in a seed form.

Morning whistle, I do see a little green, so I would keep my fingers crossed, if you have got a couple of cfls I would put them a couple of inches away from the sprout, and not use more than a couple of tablespoons of water when that peat or whatever it is dry.
Maybe she will start growing, maybe not. But anyway Good Luck.
to be honest I'm not sure that's a seed I'm looking at. Whatever it is its got a little green in it.

You should try and help remove the seed pod with tweezers. It is delicate surgery.

can someone tell me why is it dead, so i wouldn't do the same mistake again. As far as i can think i have let lights open for 24 hours. might it kill it ?

I do not grow in soil, but in the photo it looks kind of dry. Also it looks like the soil is not loose enough for proper aeration, it could use some perlite or maybe some peat moss. It could also have been just a bad seed, some times they just do not grow.

Drop a few drops of water on to the shell to soften then gently pinch the shell off and make sure to do the same with the see threw membrain so tht both little leafs open up or it will surely die

One of my seedlings did the same thing but as it was suggested I pulled off the seed she'll and it started growing normal after a day or two.
