Is my plant ready to flush and harvest?

First time grow inside when horribly wrong in flowering with top leaves yellowing. I tried to fix with magcal and lifting lights but didn't work so I'm not left with much but its been fun. Is this ready to harvest? I've flushed a few times with pH water? The reason why I ask is because the buds are small with lots of new leaf but all hairs are brown? Thanjs

Well i'll be the " party pooper " commenter LOL lesson hopefully learned it ain't as easy just cause it's a weed they do need alot of help growing indoors. May as well harvest and smoke a pipe or two.

Thanks the seeds where just from some weed so weren't expecting much. Got some creamatic seedlings on the way
