Is my plant ready for harvest?

Hi guys,

This is my first grow and i was just wondering if my plant is ready to harvest. It's northern light by Nirvana at its 8th week of flowering (since switching to 12/12). I'm still new at looking at trichomes, so i'm wondering if it look good to harvest, or should i wait a bit longer? Thanks!

Looking about 50/50 clear to cloudy. If it were me id keep waiting. But I would say you are the very beginning of the harvest window. You could start your 2 week flush now.
