Is it ok to shut LED off for photos

Hi,

it is getting to the time in my first grow that I want to take bud photos to check trichomes out. Is it ok to turn off the LED for 5-10 minutes each day to take photos or should I limit how often I do this? Don’t want to screw anything up at this late stage, thanks.

I don’t shut mine off. I turn them down to about 50% when I take pictures and haven’t seen anything negative from it.

It won't hurt them, once you start your 12/12 schedule you can not interrupt the 12 hours of dark
