Is it ok to change daylight during veg?

So another rookie question. Is it ok to do 24 hours of light and then maybe 16 hours the next day during veg? Will this stress the ladies out?

Typically, yes it's ok. But, it really depends on the genetics. Some plants get stressed easier or are more susceptible to hermie-ing but for the most part, as long as the temp and humidity are fine then you should be ok. Personally i do 18 hr veg but i dont see why 16 hrs would be a problem.

Not one time, it want cause stress.
I keep my lights on 24-7, but I'm growing automatics.
