Is it calcium deficency?

Hello folks,
Today I have seen these small dots on 2 of my plants, at first I tought it's spider mites, checked for web checked for crawling little shits and nothing so I am thinking that this might be a calcium deficency and as you can see the leaves are a little bit wavy as well, could it be ph to high or calcium deficency what do you guys think? By the way the spots are only on lower leaves and not the young ones as well as the waving.

Plant might be getting root bound, looks like its in a pretty small pot. Transplant to bigger pot and let her go for a while.

Yeah, like Motoman15 says, and 9fingers,you need to transplant now, that's your problem, I
think.
