Is CBD oil Legal in North Carolina?

The DEA moved CBD (with THC content below 0.1%) from schedule 1- to schedule 5, about 1 year ago.

This notion that it is not controlled- has cost many to loose or not get a job requiring drug testing.
 
Yeah, I can’t speak for federally, but as far as NC goes, CBD is wide open. Still had to be < 0.3% THC. My understanding is some states allow as much as 1%.
 
This is going to vary state to state, we are new to being legal and the dust is still settling, but it looks like we will not be facing tests for THC/CBD for jobs,,, the employers are screaming,,,,
