Is 3 weeks before harvest too late to try to pollinate a branch?

I am on my first ever grow, a mystery grow from a baggie of seeds I'd been keeping. I finally decided to see what would happen, and lo and behold, I ended up with two plants, a male and a female.

I cut the male down when I noticed his "nuts" and thank goodness, the female was not fertilized so she continued to bud.

I didn't even know how cannabis seeds were created until I read the article about it on the site, and now I'm wondering if I should try to pollinate one of the buds on my mystery grow.

She is about 3-4 weeks from harvest. Is it too late to try to pollinate a bud or branch so I can get produce seeds? Will it work this late in the game?

This is a plant grown entirely outdoors. I think she is an auto-flower, but I have no idea what strain. I have no idea what strain the male is either, but I have pollen sacs. Suggestions? Thanks for reading!

Here's a pic of her:

Yeah it takes 4-6 weeks for seeds to fully develop

edit = that flower looks young and probably had 4-6 weeks left a guess of course

That's pretty, when she's done don't be surprised when you see a few seeds on her too. Even without your pollinating her.
Good Luck on your seed making.
I'm fixing to start making some automatic seeds, myself.

Hey DAAS, I think I am seeing something that looks like seeds forming in some of her densest calyxes. Still a little too soon to tell, but I would be pretty stoked if she did have a few seeds. I don't know what strain she is but she smells amazing!
