Maybe- Maybe not:
It all depends on the Btu's and the ambient air temps outside of the tent.
I had run many grows with LED's @ 600w total in a 20"x36"x60" tent (around 900 Btu's) and always battled heat issues 3 seasons of the year. (New England)
Recently I "right sized" and have one 480w LED which provides 467 Btu's - but I can always add supplimental LED's if needed.
Having grow/bloom switches also help with heat mangement.
