Slow changes with monitoring and one thing at a time is best so you can narrow down problems if they arise. Get some sticky traps for adults, (no bugs are good bug in coco) h2o 4 to 1 h2o2 can kill larvae if it is a gnat infection, small amount will not kill mycelium so the shooms are likely to stay around, not sure on the variety ATM, c02 not a bad thing but.... hand pull them just after the "pinning stage" to help contain a spread may be a good idea.
A enzymatic is a good idea in your case especially reuse your coco, it speeds up the breakdown process of old roots and organic matter which could help with your algae, fungus problem as well.
