Inline fan and controller

Hi, and thanks for providing a new (and hopefully successful) grower with a lot of great information.

ok so its my first post so please be kind....

I’m just setting up my grow and have purchased a Fox 6” inline fan with carbon filter and a SMS 4.5amp twin controller. My question is as the fan has a low and high speed setting which one do I set it to when it is connected to the fan controller?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

most guys buy in the seed, the light some compost and a pot but not you? the fan ventilation and reflextivity are best seen as secondary to the primary being again Seed....Light...compost and pot

Definitely got all the essential stuff coming Vostok was just wondering about the fan as it has a high and low setting, it’s going in the loft so need to vent.
