inline duct fan suddenly clicking

I am sad.
This little dude scared the bejeekers out of me three nights ago, when suddenly there was a bat flying around my bedroom. I tried opening doors, but he wouldn't go out. Same scenario the 2nd night. Then, I didn't see him at all last night.

Today, I heard a clicking in my intake duct fan. I wanted to ignore it, until this afternoon, but the sound was getting louder. Turns out the little dude had gone inside, and was burrowing there, until tragedy struck. I'm sorry little dude.

Be careful with him, since Bat's can sometimes cary rabies. Not real likely, but possible. Don't have any bites do ya?

It is a shame to see a bat die though, they are some of the best little creatures out there, they eat SO many bugs for us, they are awesome. Bat Guano is a great fertilizer for flowering pot plants, too!

GreenhouseEffect, Bats are some wild creatures for sure, and they can carry rabies.
I read somewhere ,can't remember where, but that in as few as 10years that getting Bat Guano was going to be very hard to get, shortage of bats everywhere ,kinda like Honey Bees, I reckon.
