Lets see, the way I remember it, when I first started buying, 3 finger lids were common, then I remember my friends telling me hey you ought to buy from xxx his lids are 4 finger!!! Then after a while, everyone had 4 finger lids. Really, it wasn't till later on, that, buyers were the ones weighing what they bought. As a buyer, for the most part you were glad you could get your hands on a bag of anything and you were grabbing and running, not sticking around to weigh what you just bought.

Remember the days of the pot getting sprayed with, well what was it called and forget spelling Paraguat(?)

Is that Thai Sticks? I always heard about them but never got a chance to try them...

PuravidaC, the Thai sticks that I remember from the 70's were buds wrapped around a small bamboo stick, tied with some kind of natural twine (most likely jute or hemp!). You untied the bud and carefully handled it (it was too expensive then to loose any of it). The only thing better to smoke, back then, was hash oil or good hashish!

I have always advocated that smart people learn from their mistakes, intelligent people learn from other people's mistakes, and the really stupid ones never learn at all. Like an employer of mine use to say "learn something new every day and by the time that you die, you'll be a smart person", I did not see the logic in it and when I asked Him, He said "When they file by tour coffin they can say "There lies a smart person"", then He said "get back to work!"

That was what was called 'agent orange' used to defoliate the forest cover to expose the VC. It is (and I think is still) use to defoliate cotton before harvesting, to get rid of the leaf trash, it is actually a very strong oxidizer, potassium per chlorate. The leaves (on cotton) turn almost black and fall off in a matter of days after being sprayed. It also is a carcinogenetic chemical, just ask some Vietnam vets.
