Slow down. Growth takes quite a lot of patience. Even being rough on the little one you have to give the right amount of attention. Sometimes the hardest part is to do nothing for the plant. Good luck.

Hi everyone. Wanted to post some updates and pictures:
- The seedling that fell, is growing nicely.
- My main seedling is also growing at a reasonable pace!
- Planted another seed with a long root, so now I've got 3 in total.
Thanks to everyone who helped me/gave me advice!
I will keep updating!

Damn right it is..I actually "threw a fit" to my tent and setup yesterday saying out loud that "Oh cmon im tired of measuring ph and ec without having visible results by now" but that was a bad moment i wanted the girls to fill in a spot or two lol!!All is good and i am grateful for their progress and growth,however lesser or hurt that growth may be,they are my girls!! <3 By L.I.A you don't have to not lok at the plant or avoid it,just dont touch the pot,don't wiggle and move it around and stop changing things...The rest you can do (overthink about it,plant for later changes etc...
