Immature Seeds?

A buddy of mine that I gave starter plants to brought me a bag of bud to make tincture for him. I was kind of bent out of shape last season when he harvested even though I told him they weren't ready and this is some of that bud. Maybe he dodged a bullet by taking it early? Because all this stuff that floated to the top of the jar sure looks like immature seeds to me. Opinions?

Kinda look like swollen calyx also interesting.

Had the same thing in my tincture. Thought the same thing too. Was just swollen calyxes. Thought I had a hermie.
