I'm this from a bug?

On just a few leaves, I see one hole in the middle of the leaf that looks like it might have been chewed by something. Today I was tucking some leaves and noticed this top has a leaf that's all chewed up. Is this from a bug or is it just a weak leaf that crumbled? I've looked all over and I don't see any bugs.

Howdy gdogfunkly, I have had places similar to that on some of my leaves. On the under side of the leaf there were depressed areas, like something was inside the leaf eating. I could not see any larvae or critters. I have been using Azamax in the reservoir (10 ml / six gallons) and after a few days there have been no new damage sites, I also applied a foliar spray when the damage was first spotted.

It's not a very good picture. Are those white specks on the leaves? If you have spider mites, you might need magnification to see them.

I have been playing with lst (heavy stress training in my case) and noticed that I’m a bit rough. I have very similar damage due to my heavy hands lol just a thought.
