Im confused. Flower?

I just accidently noticed micro pistils. Hard to focus camera with it but next to those spikes startrd to grow small small pistils. Possibility that she started to flower. Im confused because she is outdoors and has approx 15 16 hours of day since its summer. But she is like into 14,15 week into veg

Little blurry but I think those are white hairs they look like pre flower hairs. First day of summer is the longest day so everyday after is shorter and that's what makes the girls get frisky and start lookin for man powder (bet you thought I was gonna say juice) but all dumb jokes aside I think they are pre flowers and it won't be long.
