I will try to cross northern lights reg seed father and white widow XTRM mother. should be good. anyone done this before?I want to get the seeds reg that have NL1,NL2,NL3

Sure, why not. Just don't use feminized stock for breeding.

Depends on how many seeds you want too. You can segregate the male and female. Collect the pollen from the male and pollinate just a branch on the female. You'll get plenty of beans.
