If you can't get any boveda packs where you are I would definitely try it. They sell the packs at every dispensary and grow shop where I live. And like Daas said a little wet stuff even if it's fan leaves could help too.
 
Camk I've had a jar get to dry, try popping a fresh bud off of a flowering plant and add to the jar and seal it back up. Problem solved. Try and find some Boveda 62% packs.
 
well i brought the room up to 65%
the buds feel much better now

ya they cost 9$ with a thermometer

i was going to try lee valley to see if i can get just the hygrometer
they sell kits

seems to work good
 
The Bovedas are pretty cheap online, too, if you check out the cigar stores. Prices much better than Amazon. I keep bovedas in all my jars.
 
The only ones I've found where they all read the same are the ones Nebula recommends: Caliber IV Digital Hygrometer. Again, if you search the cigar stores, you can find em cheaper than on Amazon. I found that the little cheapies weren't reliable at all...
 
i used a wood boring spade bit the kind with the cutter on each end to cut the hole
clamp it down and run the drill very slowly in reverse
