First pic looks like fat calyx'. Nothing to worry about there. They have the hair coming out. I can see the hermie on your bud. Pick them off and try and see what could be stressing her. Could just be genetics. My last plant hermied bad. Was picking bananas for weeks. But I only had 2 seeds. I would imagine I would of had way more had I not been picking them.

The first picture is fine my had that when it was cut from a plant that was in flower and switched back to veg. I picked a few off just for shits and giggles and there was like a white string attached.
