I think she will be ok

Firstly she growed some leaves and i think she is gonna be ok after her accident.
Secondly i noticed this little budy and i want to ask if this is a second plant or something else .

Your plant is fine and you may well have a sibling for it.

Get some Perlite. Your soil seams too packed. I would repot and add about 1/4 perlite. Also now would be a good time to LST. Bend them 90 degrees and watch the stem swell up. Good luck.

Giannhs, no they are not too small to bend. If you wait too much longer, the stem will be too hard to bend properly. As for repotting. That is your call.
