Hi Kemlerd, I don't literally see rot, but it doesn't look well fed with all those yellow leaves. You still might harvest a little bit of bud, though...

I'd gently examine the areas i highlighted - Pry open and if they have very soft, gray fluffy matter, it's Botrytis. Cut the whole bud off at a minimum. Don't smoke it.

You have a lot of nute burn but I see no rot or mold.

You may have some nute deficiencies coupled with late flowering stage yellow leaves. What is your PH in and out and what are you feeding them.

Is the change of color in the sugar leaves normal for that strain do you know?
That was the first sign of bud rot in my 1st grow, a dark reddening/ purple almost of the sugars.
Do what WolfMansBrother suggests. Open up the buds gently by hand especially where you have color change and look for mold. It will be white spider webby looking and the buds may also fall off in your hand, a sure sign if bud rot.

That's what tells me if it's rot. Pull a little on the discolored part of the bud. If it comes right off it's definitely rot. If not give a good look for mold. It could be early..
