I think it might be harvest time for my 1st time auto plants.

Here's my plants at just over 9 weeks. The place says 7-9 weeks to harvest for these AMS Supreme seeds. Would you harvest when trichomes were cloudy white or amber? Both plants born same time but plant in 1st pic seems a little further along.

I would do both, take some milky and wait for some amber, this gives morning meds and night time meds. But it is your choice what do you like/need?

So, it's OK to take the highest, biggest bud(the only cola), dry it - I like to trim wet, 1st - cure it, then taste the smoke, and the effect it has? I suppose that would let the light better get to the lower buds.

I forgot to mention that the plant in the 1st pic produced 9 nodes for 18 fan leaves. However, 13 died off, and are now gone. Does this stunt bud development?

I take big buds off as I want, leaving the smaller to continue on. I seeded 2 plants early this year, harvested the seed pods (in June). and just pulled them all flowered back out (no reveg just keep on truckin) If you take to much you can stuct them for a week or 2, or even kill them.

These are the best pics I have now for each plant. As b/f, the the 1st pic refers to the 1st plant, like in the original post. It's not the whole plant like you want, sorry.

The 2nd plant has ALL of it's fan leaves.

I think they will finish fine, I would not take any more leaves off. The yellow ones will continue to die as the plant uses the stored energy from them. I add 3 weeks to what the breeder says.
