Seedling looks fine, maybe streching a bit. What kind of CFL's are you using? May need to put them closer. There is lots of info here to read. Big help!

You should be happy with that plant. The CFL is already close enough to the plant in the pics shown-
The medium does not provide good drainage from what I see and I would suggest you let it dry out very well before next watering!

Thanks a lot guys for your advices and opinion , to be honest i do not know what kind of soil i am using when i took it from bigger pot it looked nice felt like airy . in first three days i just to water it every day (litlle bit) and yesterday i watered with seaweed fertilizer i saw someone was doing it so i tried , think i ll wait at least two more days for next watering . One more question i have when should i transplant my plant into bigger pot what would be wright moment to do so ?
TNX Again

Also i dont know , i took it from some bigger pot , some young plant where planted inside so i thought should be fine for my needs to , all i can say about soil is that looked airy to me , that was the main reason i took it . im really i rookie , hope u understand me::

Ok, I've never grown weed in soil but I'm thinking that soil should hopefully get you through until you have to transplant. Make sure there's lots of drainage in the bottom and that you don't overwater. That size you probably don't want more than about 1 tablespoon at a time and normal tap water should hopefully have enough minerals in it for the seedling for a couple of weeks if there's no nutrients in the soil. Hopefully a soil grower comes along to comment on this thread.

How do you plan to proceed when transplanting?
Things like:
pot type / Size?
Soil & perlite? If so, what sort of soil?
Any soil amendments?
Nutrients?

if hopefully plant grows big enough for transplantation , i plan to tansplant nto a 1 galoon pot , i didnt think much about process after seedling grow , i could use any suggestion about soil pertile nutrients etc etc , i d like something that s medium to easy for maintenance. i already have seaweed fertilzer and preaty much thats all LOL

just to add i am not looking forward for massive yield, i ll be satisfied even with 30gr, or even less, considering its my first grow .

Just don't buy miracle grow soil or nutrients. Time released and too strong for marijuana. I would suggest bigger than a one gallon pot, 3 to 5 gallon. Get a good organic soil with a nice mix of perlite. Fill bucket about 2/3 full. Do not compact soil. Water lightly. Remove plant from pot trying to keep as much of the existing soil attached to roots intact. Place in bucket and fill up will soil, including some of the now existing stem. Water again. Soil will gradually settle over time and you may have to top it off. Just make sure its nice and loose when you do the transplant. Forgot to say.......drill drainage hole in bucket unless you get something that already has drainage holes. After plant has about 6 new sets of leaves, pinch off top so plant does not grow like a Christmas tree.

Plants can usually stay in solo cup 2 to 3 weeks. Come back with pictures on a regular basis and we will help you.

will do tnx!!!!
pls one more thing i am really worried about, i have noticed , as new pair of leaves startitng to grow first pair (not the ones came from husk) of leaves are like folding , moving towards soil is it normal or if its not what can be cause how to fix it , also why i have feeling that my stem will collapse ?
