First plant advice... How. Much time need to keep he or she in this position? Plant nr 2 explode. Have some pink color on posible new colas. Some opinion need guys thx so muchb. Without you this plants no grow. Love you all

Leave the plant tied down until it grows the way you want it to. When the new branches come out, then they will need to be trained also. With time and practice you will see how it works. I suggest reading the GWE tutorials on Low StressTraining (LST) Can anyone post that link? I’m a lil computer challenged.

Can be sure yet post more pics in a couple of days. Look for 2 long white hairs (pistils) growing out of the tip. If you see them its a female.
