HELP! I just started my first plant in a DWC bucket

Hello,
I started one plant in a DWC System . The plant is only 3 weeks old but almost right after I transplanted it into the bucket the leaves started to show some brown spots please take a look at the photos.
i didn't put in any nutrients just plain PH'd water 5.7

I have checked for any pests but could not find any.

I would put up some yellow sticky traps jic.
What have water temps and PH been like recently?

I've had the same look on some of mine. Neem oil. I think its some kind of pest. I sprayed every thing with the neem oil. Seems to work. Have a great grow !!
