I just received a "courtesy" reminder from my state health department that my medical cannabis card is up for renal next month. I am to bring $300.00 cash to DR. refer less medical office. I kid you not that is the doctors name. $300.00 for a card! WHAT A SCAM!

We meet wish hubby's gastro doctor January 5th. Wish us luck that he even gets approved, though I can't see why not. Crohns is on the list and he has severe. Already had three bowel resections done. I'll gladly pay $300.

Ohio passed some screwed up version of a medical marijuana law, don't know details except that I heard smoking won't be allowed as a means of use.
I'll just have to stay an outlaw until it's legal for recreational use

Sometimes I have a hard time understanding your posts. What is the doctors name? Or was that a joke? LOL

PA law is written same way. Medical use does not include any actual plant material to smoke or vap. BUT, I figure once he gets his card and has to pay an arm and a leg for caps or tintures, he can smoke on his own, because the thc will be in his system.

The medical card program is a mess!. I pay $300.00 a year not to go to jail? SOUNDS LIKE EXTORTION TO ME. I can pay, but what about the sick folks out there that cant?. It is not a fair program. This card provides no added services so why so high in cost?

And yeah, in PA you need a million plus capital to get up and running. That doesn't even cover the construction costs for grow facilities.
