I’ve had my plant for about 3-4 months. It hasn’t started budding yet. When will it?

Wow! Merry Christmas Charlie Brown! Sorry just had to say it! If you have done any reading here or elsewhere with accompanying pics you must know how pathetic it looks. By the structure it had potential to be a great plant being very bushy from all those nodes. It had little to no proper grow with lights and good soil with 40% perlite for drainage. I'm not trying to be mean here but this required a stern talk my friend. Go do a ton of reading. Many good books out there!
