When I first started to grow I used a large air pump with a manifold to supply air and after each of the 2 grows I used it I cleaned the filter for air intake. Today while working on a setup I'll need tomorrow the small air pump I use fell off the brackets I use to mount it on the trolley. It landed bottom up and I noticed the air intake holes looked plugged, I removed the filter and found it had dust built up in the holes. After cleaning the filter I decided to add some holes to the cap that holds it and reinstalled it. Don't know why I didn't think of cleaning these small pumps filters but figured if I did others may over look it also.
