It’s well over a year since that happened here and I was just thinking...ok, maybe I’ll order some.... as Gilda Radner might say “never mind”
 
Not necessarily Canuck147 although a clone is off a mature plant, it has the process of making roots then the roots start to grow to fill up the cup, and It can take two to four weeks till a clone starts to have new growth.

I personally find seeds a bit faster for early veg and most have beaten "Sametime cut clones" to the flowering light that I have unofficially ran once or twice.

Any Clones must be treated like a seed. Cut after 12:01 a.m. PST. ON 01/01/20 and the rooting process started then, just to clarify the use of clones.

Maybe I'll run a seed and a clone side by side, I got a GSC mother and some GSC seeds from the same batch left, Hummmmm.
 
A clone is a possibility. It'll be a bit before I know for sure if I have a couple females.
I'm sure something will turn up.
I appreciate you posting the time as PST since I am in PST. 12:01 is freaking early for me, man! I'll be asleep by 10:00 if I'm not by 9:00. Dabber will get extra water that night so she'll get me up.
 
Gilda? How about Gene? Rosann Rosanadana died way too soon. I never saw the remake of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Remakes are never as good as the originals. Think Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Horrible, horrible, and horrible.

I was considering clone, (was thinking we could 'plant' a rooted cutting) but if we cant cut until 00:01, and it takes 4-7 days to root..

NO SHORTCUT FOR YOU!!

Don't need ol Mr.Furley transplanting a six month old(cough,cough)cutting from a 4 inch to a solo cup at midnight now do we.

I feel that a clone and a seed have that gestation time, not all seeds germinate, not all clones root and by having a cut time the same as the soak time it keeps it fair. This was the original post about clones

I usually go to bed around 8 pm and wake at 12, 2 and up for the day between 3 and 4 so I think I wont worry about when I drop the seed, hell I'd be happy with being a late started that would mean I would have slept though the night and I can count on one hand the number of times that happened in the last 20 years lol
