I challenge you to a duel!

I found some 18 oz cups by chance at a local grocery store. Decided to compare the volume and found the 16 oz and 18 oz cups hold exactly the same amount. 16 oz is just shy of full but 18 oz is full to the rim. Who knew?

Hey DingusKhan I pick up your gauntlet, friend!
There's still a bit of caulking to dry and add and dry and etc. Once I get the new cups set I'll add soil. I imagine I'll keep tape on it while not taking photos.
Something I learned while doing this: Don't run your fingers through your long, luxurious, wavy ginger hair to get it out of your eyes when working with caulking.
Something else I noticed when my other Solo cup got knocked over: No dirt spilled out! The thing is so packed with roots the soil is a ball of compact roots. When these seeds get growing they will grow together through holes connecting all four, tying it all together with roots.

Take a look at my last post. See the holes in the ends of the cups? There is a hole in each of the cups. Each will get a seed. The soil is packed close enough to the hole I can plant a seed and do a simple train to get the seedling out and growing up.
So, all the ends.

This wouldn't be, what might otherwise be seen as, a 72 ounce cup. Too much had be taken from the satellites. I've seriously been considering finding some 3D modeling program I can use to make the four cups the proper geometry instead of winging it with scissors and a sharpie. If I can find something I can use in a few minutes, it would be cool to 3D print the four cups separately.

I thought about that but thought against it because I would always have one growing down. However, one more on top, like an axle, is in my mind. Get one in the middle growing straight up. I might cut a cup down just enough for the base so it won't be so top heavy. Savvy?
I could hang it but it would require making more holes in the cup, I wouldn't be able to do the top cup, and the center of gravity is not in the center. And inhaling all that burning plastic and all those caulking fumes can't be good for me. The caulking fumes are pleasant but the plastic is blech.

Damn it's like the countdown to the ball dropping, but better than freezing your ass off in Time Square! Now in the vein of Kim Jong Un I will reveal my secret weapon. Tremble you whimpering mortals! This is your coup de grace! I present to you the ultimate in technologically advanced weaponry.
