I Can't grow anything anymore

Hello Please help I can't grow any plants anymore I've been growing for over 15 years but for some strange reason After 2 weeks my seedlings leaves start to curl and I don't know why 2 years I can't get anything to grow I'm now using a spider farmers sf1000 and these are my results after 2 to 3 weeks Please help ?

Looks to me like they could be drowning. The medium looks really wet and I'm not seeing anything to help with drainage. A larger container with plenty of perlite might just do the trick. best of luck to you -

If your plants are dying after 15 years of success, something changed. Has your water source changed? Is your light 15 years old? Maybe same seed stash? Could be overwatering, like other people mentioned. But same actions beget same results. Dig?

Sometimes Imma slow learner. It took me a while to understand there's more than one meaning for the term, love it to death. Less is more when watering MJ.
