HYDRO Help ph and or nute burn

Can someone confirm what this is? Best I can figure is ph or nute burn from researching. Ph has been stable at 5.9 so I'm kinda leaning to the burn. Plants are 3 1/2 weeks from germination. Started nutes with 50% strength, which worked last grow after I burnt them with 100% in the same time frame. I have new lights that I am trying to find the best setting also in the mix. I turned them to 25% yesterday from 30% after I found this. Lights are at 36 inches from canopy and on a 20/4 schedule.

Environmentals looks ok, but it does appear it's a bit hungry.
How are the roots looking? Solution temps?
Are you monitoring your light intensity? Those Timbers can crank out some photons.

Hungry as in need more light or more nutes? Water temp at 71, trying to work on getting back in the 60s. PPM was 670 but I cut that in half last night. My well water is 280 to start with. Roots look great, nice and white. I have no way of checking light photons. I turned the lights back up last night, now at 35% at 36 inches thinking it might help? These lights are nice, I just got to figure how much of them the plants want ?
The Blue dream are the ones in the picts. The Black widow on the other side are not showing these signs, but slower development.

After thinking about this a few days, I might have caused this. When I was trying to get control of my funk problem I cleaned everything with H202 mix. The last thing I did was dunk the starter plug and seedling into the mix then replanted. Probably burned the babies. Trying to get back on track yesterday, fresh nutes at 50%. GBAUTO asked a question I couldn't answer so I picked up a PAR meter to see were my lights are. At 36 inches set to 35% getting 310 to 330 at the plant.
