Hurricane lane may kill my crop!!!

As you may have heard a cat5 Hurricane named Lane is headed towards the Hawaiian Islands. We lose power often on the islands and I hope we don’t lose it for long nor have any serious issues with room.

No I’m full hydro indoor. And I live in a packed neighborhood. Plus I don’t believe it’s legal to have medical plants visible on your property.
 
I suffer frequent power outages in my area usually due to trees being brought down onto power lines by gusting winds. Before I set up my current garden, I started looking into the question of solar and wind powered electrical storage, and found this company.. while it is expensive, it is modular and can be expanded over time, the wind energy generated alone by one small home wind generator is quite impressive, and if someone wanted to spend money on such a system, like me for example, then I see this as a possible solution to indoor gardening needs, I am sure some electrician could rig something similar up, but I just thought I would share it with you for future reference.

use A power inverter that plugs into your card cigarette outlet . You can get one for like 30-40$ and it will atleast allow you to run the airpumps . I know it’s not perfect but it’s better then nothing . You can just run a drop cord to the house . I moved plants across the country and back with nothing but a power inverter in the back of my suv. So I know for a fact it will work .
