Humidity

First grow, everything seems Jake. I forsee humidity as a problem. Very dry here am at 30% or lower only up if recently watered or mist a little (not on plants). Am I worrying for nothing. Indoors, girls are about 5weeks up, look great. what's a good SAFE way to humidify or are they good for now ?

Get a humidifier if you're that concerned. humidity does help in veg but 30% natural humidity is really ok for both stages I would suggest getting a dehumidifier for flowering, because 5 weeks sounds like you could flip over at anytime.

Don't let the RH bother you. Your plants will be fine. I'm lucky to get 30%. and never had a issue.

Same problem with low humidity here. The low humidity is one of the reasons that I decided on a DWC grow. I'm on my fifth grow now and I have found that once the plants get going, the humidity will climb. I use CFLs and do not have to vent out a lot of air to control the temperature.
On the good side of having a low relative humidity is, when it comes time to dry your crop, it dries quickly. My last grow, the buds dried out in only three days.
Good luck and have fun!
