Humidity issues

Why is my grow tent only at 35 humidity even with a humidifier?
20”x36”x60” tent
4”in-line fan with filter
1000w bestva led light...started at 24” above plants..now at 18” to see if it makes a difference
could the size of my passive intake be too small?
plants seem to be growing very slowly

35% RH is good for my grow space and is a exceptional number when it comes to flowing. Your plant will spend time growing roots to fill the pot before you see them "take off" vertically.

They look pretty good to me for 2 weeks from sprout. Mine always start off slow, but they start to pick up steam and then grow strong (barring problems).

I agree for 2 weeks there fine ,what size pots are those?

If you're new to indoor growing (as am I) AND have little horse sense (acquired knowledge over time...I have that) you will likely be pleasantly surprised in another week or so. Once the three in the larger pots figure out their roots boundaries and whatever is in the soil they should start moving quicker. Just came from the grow space and I'm also at 35% RH. Also in winter. I set a plate of water in the tent and redirected my small fan toward it but not at it. Not looking for 60% or anything but I'd like the 35 to be the floor not the ceiling.

Strain? Grow medium? Nutes?

After all winter is notoriously dry, 36% here

Yes my tent is 35% steady. My germination rates are low on the auto seeds I've started do to cool room temps.
