I’m not an expert but those look leggy I had the same issue my first few attempts sprouting I did some research and lowered my lights (low wattage) very close to the soil about 6 inches raising the lights as the plant grew my next plants grew thick bushy and healthy how far were your lights from the soil when the plants sprouted?

I agree with TheKieftan , looks healthy but a bit leggy. Might be weak light and/or too far away, but it could also be genetics and all is fine. I’ve grown Barney’s farm plants with similar genetics that came up a little leggy. Maybe research your light type/strength against the suggested guidelines in one of the articles on the site just to be sure. If it is genetic you don’t want the lights up close and risking light burn so you will have to make a judgement call.

WRT the stunted looking one, maybe not stunted. I find even seeds in the same type and package can produce very different looking plants. They are like kids in a family - genetic traits can come through in one but not the other. Right now, all from the same package, I have a liberty haze from Barney’s that is very short, one middle height and one that shot up like crazy. The funny part is the one that shot up was planted 2 weeks later than the others because the first plant was a dud. They are all going to produce a good amount of bud, including the short one, but probably more in the larger plants. The problem is balancing the height of the canopy to get even light coverage - I had to raise the short plant up to keep it getting the same light levels. A pain in the butt but it is part of growing.

I use blocks to raise my plant pots up like you mine are different heights and ages so i just boost up the risers of the pots. I use wood or ???
