How well do plants grow at a uv blocked window?

I have new windows uv blocked panes, can i use them for a month or so?

U can grow thro Uv blocked window as long as some color still go's thro it, plants rely a lot on the color specrum of the light (PAR Value) u dnt need Uv as a specrum to grow but the Uv and IR help increase the growth and thc levels ect... if ur windows are tinted black yes the plant can still grow but it will grow very slow

Honestly u would be better off growing with a cfl light bulb or led light bulb to start off if u have to

Ed Rosenthal's book explains that going to a MH for the last 2 weeks of flower to increase THC potency. You must remove the glass in your hood however, to make it work, because the UV will be blocked if you leave the glass in. And that is regular glass.
