I have perltie and highquality soil right know. I wonder where should i put this perlite exactly inside of soil? Middle of the soil, top of, stir all around of soil; where ?

If your soil is lower on organic bulk (like peat) then you could go as high as 30-30%. We are talking volumetric %'s here, not by weight. Just a clarification. And yes, distribute throughout. Good luck!
