How to treat damaged plants?

Two days ago I throw my plants to recycle bin because of security reasons. Some of them have broken branches. I tried to fix with tape.Some of them lose most of their roots. I transplant them. Now what can I do for curing? Is it better more light or less? Lights are open for 16 hours now. Can I use nutritiens as regular scheledule or just water is better? I'm waiting for any kind of suggestion.

Keep your light a little farther away then normal for a week but keep them on a 18/6 schedule.
give them some seaweed for the stress and don't overfeed and overwater.
Basically give them a break.
