How to transition from coco/perlite hydro to soil?

Some of the clones that I started need to be transitioned from coco/perlite hydro to natural soil. I have limited experience with soil and even less with trying to change grow types mid stream. The clones are between 2 and 10 inches tall and the roots are well developed in the coco. They are also slowly making the trip into the great outdoors. Any experience or advice with this would be appreciated.

As big as your clone pot or medium size is, mix three parts coco to two parts soil. When you transplant, use that as a buffer between the inert coco root-ball and 'hot' new soil to help with transplant shock.
However hot the soil may be.
