Well, the easiest and fastest way is to grow autos. They do not require the 12/12 light schedule. We really need more information. Do you already have seeds? Are they bag seeds? Do you already have plants in veg? Give us more info please.

To add to everything insomniaczzz said, the term some people use for continuous flowering is Perpetual Harvest. Sometimes it helps to know what terms to look for when researching something 
Usually with that technique you use two grow spaces so you can have a separate vegetative and flowering chamber. But like Insomniaczzz said, with auto-flowering strains you don't even necessarily need two chambers since both old and young plants can all be on the same light schedule in the same chamber!
