I have a sun roof how handy would a sun roof be for doing this?. Have the baggy tied to party dollar store balloons scatter happy birthday signs on the back seat catch em unaware. one switch and my roof opens up mine does anyway automatically you need not hold the button for roof to open. and balloons are gone.. Use center console to place stash and string out of view. Best of all this button is above the drivers head. Now you can surrender hold your hands up and open sun roof at same time. I bet Green has one of these set ups.
