After seeing a lot of confusion on how to perform the salt test, I made a video titled How to Calibrate a Hygrometer:

Thanks, that's the way I do mine too, is with salt.
Alot of folks use Bovedas as well.

There is no changing the reading you just have to compensate for it per the example in the video. For example if yours says 71rh instead of 75 you would add 4 to your reading.
