how to calculate auto flowers amount of light with led lights

How do I caluculate the amount of light I need to grow my auto flowers blueberry tangerine dream and candy cane??? I'm useing full spectrum LED lights
 
You want to check with the manufacturer/seller of the light to see how far away they recommend to keep your LED from the tops of your plants. It varies from model to model, so it's best to ask the people who made the light. I hope that helps!
 
They only say par values or lux on the lights from the manufacturer and not the distance from th plants. Is there anyway to calculate this? Thank you for you time and reply :)
