I thought this was a good idea - but it hasn’t been met very warmly and the last thing we need is dissension among the ranks. In an effort to quell bad feelings this holiday season the Amazon Smile link and related disclaimers have been removed.

The world is run by the people that show up. If we want a different Congress, City Council or State Legislature, vote. It matters. Things can change by voting. Most people don't and that's the problem.
