How should i perform FIM and LST for SpaceBucket that contains Blue Mystic Autoflower ?

At this site it says it's not optimal to fim at small area besides if it is an autoflower.

Proper explanatory guidance please

It has 40 cm grow space. I deducted soil and light's field. Width is as you see it is. It's 12th day.

And i read in this site's articles it's not a good idea that chopping off autoflower. It says sometimes it is. So i want to learn which times
